Giglabs is the parent company of Gigantik, a platform that allows brands to easily sell NFTs by providing a platform for minting, selling, and hosting brand specific marketplace on the Flow blockchain.We also provide tools for engaging NFT buyers, such as buyer challenges and gated access opportunities to IRL events and digital offerings.
An MVP for Challenges was released early at Giglabs. While it validated the customer’s interest, as well as the NFT Buyers, It was too limited. As a buyer, it was hard to know which NFTs were part of a challenge, so it was a painful to participate and purchase qualifying NFTs.As a marketplace admin, the controls were too restrictive and they couldn’t do Booleans-based challenges.These problems made the current state pretty undesirable. To better understand the problems, we did a round of interviews.
